At Maison Noura, each piece is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to detail.

Ready To Wear and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Made-to-Order pieces require approximately 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After review and confirmation, Maison Noura will provide a suitable replacement or compensation at no additional cost.
